Sandy Stieben-Fokkens Cool idea! Many times I’ve sat on the CTrain back in the day on my commutes and had the same thoughts while listening to random conversations. Although, I have learned to realize that there is always more to a story and that person who seems frivoulos in the 5 min’s I’ve listened to them could very well be the person who spent the last 3 yrs travelling the world providing accesible drinking water to orphanages (laugh, yes this actually was a stranger that I had the pleasure to get to know on one of those commutes) – so you really never know until you take the time – good for you. Very cool, really looking forward to your next posts on this one.

Elsbeth Hey I just noticed that you’re doing this whole strangers series…they’re AWESOME!! That must take a lot of guts to go up to complete strangers. I think portrait photos are one of my favorite kinds, really highlights a person in the best possible way…these are gorgeous!
